Online Mediation - Refund Policy

Individual appointments 

For individual meetings (often called a ‘MIAM’), we offer a full refund for cancellations made prior to your appointment start time.  Cancellations should be made by email to your mediator.  Your mediator’s email address will be their first name followed by @onlinemediation.org.uk 
If an appointment is not attended and we have not received cancellation, we will retain the session fee.  

Mediation sessions 

Before booking your joint mediation session, your mediator will explain their payment terms, including how much notice they will need for cancellations.  This will be set out in a document called the ‘Agreement to Mediate’ which you will be sent by email.  If you have any questions or concerns please raise these with your mediator.  Their email address will be their first name followed by @onlinemediation.org.uk
